Our base pay is $20/hour + tips, for more experienced applicants we will consult together to find the pay that reflects your experience.

At the end of the recruitment process, according to your availability, you’ll either have guaranteed hours per week (full or part-time) or more flexible/occasional hours (i.e. we’ll put out a call for help when we need backup).
Our goal is to have a transparent scheduling process, where we work together to have consistent schedules and no surprises.

You’ll have shift meals and drinks during your working hours, team lunches and parties throughout the year, and paid breaks during your shift.

Morning shifts run from 7am - 3pm and afternoon shifts start from 3pm to 10pm. During your shift, you’ll have a paid 40 minute break (or 2, 20min breaks).
Our goal is to keep consistent schedules week to week (depending on individual availabilities) so you can plan your lives and also allow us to anticipate holiday requests etc.

We’ll have a casual meet up to explain what we’re looking for, our goals, and any questions you might have.
We’ll have a trial shift where we prepare a team lunch to see how we work together and share a relaxed meal and get to know each other better.
We’ll then work with everyone’s schedules to put out a list of Starters (guaranteed hours) and Back up players (flexible occasional hours). This will be a transparent process in consultation with each team member.
